Example

Landlord submitting property inspection photos

Upload 12 photos of a rental property taken during a move-out inspection. Arrange in room order. A4 portrait. Download PDF and email to tenant with the inspection report. One file instead of 12 attachments.

Freelancer submitting expense receipts

Upload 8 photos of physical receipts taken on a phone camera. Letter portrait. Download PDF and attach to the monthly expense report. Finance team receives one clean document instead of multiple image files.

Common use cases

  • Property managers and landlords combining inspection or listing photos into a single PDF document
  • Freelancers and employees submitting expense receipt photos in one PDF attachment
  • Contractors packaging progress or completion photos into a client-ready document
  • Insurance claimants combining damage photos into a single PDF for submission
  • Students and researchers compiling scanned document photos into one PDF
  • E-commerce sellers creating a visual product catalogue from individual product photos

Common mistakes

  • Uploading images in the wrong order - use the up/down arrows to arrange before downloading. The order you see is the order in the PDF.
  • Using very large image files - high-resolution photos produce large PDFs. Compress images with the Image Compressor first if file size is a concern.
  • Mixing portrait and landscape photos in one document - they will all use the same page orientation. Consider splitting into two separate PDFs or using landscape orientation to accommodate both.

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is generated entirely in your browser using pdf-lib. Your images never leave your device.

How many images can I add?

There is no hard limit. Very large batches of high-resolution images may use significant browser memory. If the browser slows down, process in smaller batches.

What image formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, and WebP. Each image is embedded directly into the PDF with its original quality preserved.

Can I put multiple images on one page?

This tool places one image per page. For a grid layout with multiple images per page, use the Image Contact Sheet Generator.

Can I compress the output PDF?

The output PDF embeds the images at their full resolution. To reduce file size, compress your images first using the Image Compressor, then convert to PDF.

Can I edit or annotate the PDF after downloading?

Not with this tool. For annotations, use a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat or the free online tools in the PDF section of this site. This tool is for creating the initial combined document only.
