Free Small Business Tools

Invoices, quotes, receipts, contracts, and pricing calculators for owners, freelancers, and sellers. No signup.

The paperwork and pricing tasks that fill a small business owner's week, handled in seconds instead of a spreadsheet or a paid app. Create a branded invoice, send a professional quote, issue a receipt, raise a purchase order, or chase a late payment with a ready-to-send reminder letter. When a job needs an agreement, generate an NDA, a service agreement, or a statement of work. Then check the numbers behind the work with margin, markup, and break-even calculators. Everything runs in your browser, nothing is stored, and no account is required.

Send documents to customers

Use the Invoice Generator to bill for completed work, the Quote Generator to price a job before you start, and the Receipt Generator to confirm a payment received. For stock orders use the Purchase Order Generator, and when a customer is overdue, the Payment Reminder Letter Generator gives you a firm but polite chase.

Agreements and setup

Before sharing confidential plans, generate an NDA. To define a paid relationship, use the Service Agreement Generator, and to scope a project's deliverables and milestones, the Statement of Work Builder. Starting fresh? The Business Name Generator helps you find an available, on-brand name.

Price your work and check profit

Use the Profit Margin Calculator to see what you actually keep, the Markup Calculator to set a price from cost, and the Break-even Calculator to find the sales volume that covers your costs. For a full pricing build that factors in fees, shipping, and returns, use the Product Pricing Calculator.

Which tool should I use?

I need to get paid for work I have done
Use the Invoice Generator. If the customer is already late, follow up with the Payment Reminder Letter Generator.
I am pricing a job before I start
Send a Quote first, then confirm scope with the Statement of Work Builder so there are no surprises later.
I am not sure my prices leave enough profit
Check the Profit Margin Calculator, and remember markup and margin are not the same number. The Markup Calculator sets price from cost.
I am about to share confidential information
Generate an NDA before the conversation, and a Service Agreement once you agree to work together.

Frequently asked questions

Are these business tools really free?
Yes. Every tool is free with no signup, no watermark on your documents, and no usage limit. The site is funded as a long-term resource, not a trial. You can generate as many invoices, quotes, and contracts as you need.
What is the difference between an invoice, a quote, and a receipt?
A quote is an estimate you send before work to agree a price. An invoice is a request for payment after the work, with due terms. A receipt confirms a payment has been received. Most jobs use all three in that order, and there is a generator here for each.
Are the contract generators legally binding?
The NDA, service agreement, and statement of work produce clear, standard documents suitable for typical small business use. They are not legal advice, and for high-value or unusual arrangements you should have a qualified lawyer review the result before signing.
What is the difference between markup and margin?
Markup is a percentage of cost; margin is a percentage of the selling price. A product that costs 10 and sells for 12.50 carries a 25% markup but only a 20% margin. Confusing the two is a common way to under-price, so the calculators here show both.
Is my business data stored anywhere?
No. Documents and calculations are generated entirely in your browser. Nothing you type, including customer names and figures, is sent to or saved on any server, so your business information stays on your device.
